Thank you for shopping at TrueAI Hub. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any services, credits, or subscriptions. By making a purchase on TrueAI Hub, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Virtual Assets and Nature of Service

Our Service may include the opportunity to purchase virtual credits, points, or subscription memberships (collectively, “Virtual Assets”). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Service License: Your purchase of Virtual Assets constitutes a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use specific features within the TrueAI Hub platform (such as document analysis, AI Q&A, etc.).
  • No Monetary Value: Virtual Assets have no real-world monetary value. Under no circumstances may they be redeemed for “Real Money,” legal tender, goods, or any other item of value from TrueAI Hub or any third party. You acknowledge that you do not own any property interest in the Virtual Assets associated with your account.

2. Refund Policy (General Principle)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Unless expressly required by applicable law, all purchases of Virtual Assets (including but not limited to Subscription Memberships and Credit Packs) are final, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non- transferable.

  • Immediate Delivery: A transaction is deemed complete once TrueAI Hub receives payment and delivers the corresponding Virtual Assets to your account (i.e., credits are credited or membership benefits are activated).
  • No “Change of Mind” Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service and the consumable nature of Virtual Assets, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind,” unused credits, or subjective dissatisfaction with the service.

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

If you have subscribed to an auto-renewing plan (e.g., Monthly or Annual Pro Membership):

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current period.
  • No Partial Refunds: Cancellation only prevents future charges. We do not provide prorated refunds or partial refunds for any unused portion of the current billing period.

4. Asset Handling Upon Account Termination

If your account is terminated for any reason (including voluntary cancellation or termination by us due to violation of terms), all unused Virtual Assets in your account will be forfeited without refund.

5. Exceptions

In the following special circumstances, we may consider refund requests at our discretion:

  • Duplicate Charges: If a system error causes duplicate charges for the same order, we will refund the duplicated amount.
  • Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for an extended period (over 72 hours) due to our fault, affected users may apply for prorated compensation.
  • Legal Requirements: If applicable laws (such as EU consumer protection laws) require refund rights, we will comply with those regulations.

7. Policy Changes
